We work with clients on both projects and campaigns (one-off) and retainers (ongoing). For example, we might produce a social media playbook as a one-off project, and/or work with a client on organic social media retainer (ongoing). We tailor custom packages to meet the exact needs of our clients, meaning you get everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
All of our client relationships tend to start with a coffee and a kōrero, where we spend time getting to know you and your organisation's needs. After initial conversations, we send a custom proposal through outlining deliverables, pricing and timelines. Once revised and finalised, we get a business service agreement to you, and we’re on our merry way.
As our services are customized to meet the unique needs of our clients, we have no set price list. Once we understand your needs, your custom proposal will include a list of recommended services and the pricing of each. The word ‘agency’ can often be associated with the word ‘extorniate’, but as an agency working in the impact space, our pricing considers smaller budgets and tighter funding.
